We request information from you on our Enrollment Form to use our services. You must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to complete your enrollment. If we have trouble processing your enrollment, we'll use this information to contact you.

By using HELP’s services, Users consent to HELP and/or third parties acting on behalf of HELP sending to User electronic messages relating to HELP and the business of HELP. Users may choose whether to receive communications from HELP or third parties with which we have a commercial relationship by adjusting the User profile. Users who need assistance opting out of communications can contact HELP at help@907-help.com. Users will be given the opportunity, in any commercial e-mail sent by HELP, to opt-out of receiving such communications in the future by emailing us, although Users may not opt-out of receiving administrative emails. It may take up to 10 days to process an opt-out request. Opting out of HELP communications will not automatically opt User out of third-party linked websites.

 

Surveys

 

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Information Retention Policy

 

HELP may retain User Information for an indefinite length of time in order to preserve the integrity of HELP’s databases, among other reasons. User consents to HELP’s storage of all such User Information for this indefinite length of time, at HELP’s sole discretion. If required by law, as is the case to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), HELP will delete User Information by erasing it from our database upon request. We will also respond to written member requests to nullify User Information that is eligible for nullification in accordance with our then-current policies. However, HELP will retain and use User Information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our User Agreement or other agreements.
